Lisa Haynes

Lisa (re) joined the Issaquah Schools Foundation in 2023 as Operations manager. Lisa manages all of the ‘behind the scenes’ activities that keep the Foundation running, including finance, office administration, HR, and supporting the rest of the staff to deliver programs, events, and fundraising.

Before returning to the Schools Foundation, Lisa was the Volunteer Manager at the Issaquah Food and Clothing Bank, and helped establish the Blackthorn Haven Project (a new program providing services for youth experiencing housing challenges) at The Garage, a teen cafe.  In her first tenure at the Foundation, Lisa was a Program Manager for the the VOICE mentor program. 

Lisa’s roots run deep in the community. She is the Convener for the Issaquah-Sammamish Nourishing Network, a VOICE mentor for a middle school student, a volunteer at Gibson Ek High School, and a member of the ISD Community Board (formerly known as the Truancy Board).  She is also a proud member of the Issaquah Kiwanis club.

Lisa’s children both graduated from the Issaquah School District.  She lives with her husband, dog, and two cats on Squak Mountain.  In her free time, she likes to garden, kayak, and travel.
