Help Us Raise a Monstrous Amount of Support for Local Students!

Saturday, October 29th, the Issaquah Schools Foundation is hosting Monster Mash 5K! Hosted at Lake Sammamish State Park Boat Launch and the East Lake Sammamish Trail, this professionally chip-timed 5K route is perfect for taking in the colors and spirit of fall! Space is limited.

Set a new training goal for yourself, beat the weekend sugar rush, or simply embrace the festive season with friends outdoors while raising funds for local students. Proceeds from the Monster Mash 5K help provide programs and resources for local students in the areas of:

• Academic Success
• Mental Health
• Basic Student Needs
• Community Outreach
• Enrichment

Warm up lakeside before blasting off from the back row of the parking lot onto the fast, flat, paved East Lake Sammamish Trail. Phased start waves are offered to welcome participants at all activity levels, whether you are an elite runner looking to PR, a fully costumed casual walker, or somewhere in between. Free onsite parking is available near the Start/Finish line with a valid WA State Parks Discover Pass with free overflow parking about .75 mile away.

All participants arriving in festive seasonal wear will be entered into a raffle for gift cards to local restaurants and stores, so get creative and dress to impress! 

All registrations by received by October 9, 2022 include a 2022 MM5K technical tee & medal.

• Early Bird Registration: Sept. 13 - 17
• Regular Registration: Sept. 18 - Oct. 9
• Late registration is Oct. 10 - Oct. 28

Additional awards for: Overall 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place (Male/Female categories)

Age category winners for: Under 10, 10-14, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Early packet pickup: Avoid the lines on race day by picking up your packet early! To avoid elementary school bus traffic in the area, Early Packet Pickup is available on Friday, Oct. 28th any time between 4-7 pm at the Issaquah Schools Foundation located at 4225 West Lake Sammamish Pkwy SE, 98008. Limited parking in front of the building, additional overflow parking next door at Sunset Elementary. OK to pick up additional packets for friends and family.
