Cloe is a passionate believer in education with a strong purpose - Education, Education, Education. She believes in enabling others with wings to fly, building a bridge across differences and diversity, making the world a better place. Cloe grew up in Guangzhou, China. Before moving to Seattle, she lived in UK, Sweden and Ireland to pursue her professional career development. Cloe and her family reside in Sammamish, where her two children attend Discovery Elementary and Skyline High School. Cloe is a Senior Director of Operations at Microsoft. As Foundation board trustee, Cloe previously served as Co-President of the Board and is currently serving as Member-At-Large, with the focus on increasing Foundation's engagement and inclusion with culturally diverse communities in our district. She has also volunteered at School, PTSA and Issaquah Schools District. Cloe enjoys a highly collaborative environment with diversity and inclusion across multi-culture. From years of global diverse senior leadership roles, compassionate leadership and relationship building comes naturally. Cloe aspires to create an environment for all students to reach their full potential.
