As Executive Director, Dwight brings over 30 years of experience in education, non-profits, and business partnerships to the Issaquah Schools Foundation. Prior to his time at the Foundation, Dwight worked within the post-secondary education sector. He led the design and implementation of the Music, Production, Performance and Business Management program at Hocking College and served as Career Development and Job Recruitment Coordinator at the Berklee College of Music. Dwight also started Groove U, a revolutionary 2-year music career program located in central Ohio. For over a decade, he directed all aspects of this program, with his efforts earning him a feature in the Forbes article “How One bold Entrepreneur is Disrupting the Music Industry Career Education.” Dwight also brings a diverse background in fundraising experience to the Foundation which includes grant writing, partnership development, and large-scale funding campaigns.
In his spare time, Dwight enjoys exploring the outdoors in his Airstream with his wife, daughter, and dog.
