On May 1, over 500 members of our community joined us at the Issaquah Community Center and heard from 8 incredible Issaquah School District students (and a couple of wonderful grown-ups too). These students shared their personal stories about how opportunities made possible by Issaquah Schools Foundation donors have made a lasting and meaningful impact on their lives. Attendees came together to donate nearly $235,000, with an additional $64,400 in matching funds provided by the 14 families in our Angel Donor pool. Thanks to our generous sponsors, every dollar raised will go towards ensuring students across every Issaquah School District school, from pre-school through graduation, continue to have access to opportunities for academic support, enrichment, and mental and behavioral health tools. Donor generosity also means we can continue to help pilot innovative educational programming, opening doors to creating individualized learning pathways, providing evidence-based supports for struggling learners, and furthering our vision to make sure every student has the opportunity to thrive in school and leave on a path to success.

We’re less than $20,000 from our fundraising goal, but YOU TOO can join the cause to make sure opportunities like these continue to exist, no matter what happens with other sources of school funding. DONATE TODAY!
