Helping Students In Need

Issaquah Schools Foundation

"With the Issaquah Schools Foundation's support, we ensure that all students are able to receive the nutrition they need to be healthy and successful!" Sean Martin, Liberty High School Principal
With the season of giving and gratitude upon us, the Issaquah Schools Foundation thanks you for the role you play in helping our students and schools.

Special thanks to everyone who has donated to our Basic Student Needs funding drive! We are very close to reaching our $5,000 challenge match by Martha, Dan and the Timmins family. The Foundation's Basic Student Needs programs provide free food and school supplies, support for those who are struggling via the Nurses Fund - and help where it is needed most.

There are many ways to get involved and help students:
•    Attend our next Dining for Kids event on January 2 at Zeeks Pizza in Issaquah. Enjoy lunch or dinner - and Zeeks will donate a portion of your bill to the Foundation.
•    Become a volunteer and mentor students with our VOICE program.
•    Participate in our Nourish Every Mind breakfast and lunch fundraising events. Bring a friend!
•    Make a donation to the our Basic Student Needs Fund. Gifts of any amount are warmly welcomed and greatly appreciated.

"The funds provided by the Issaquah Schools Foundation assist students in need in our District by supplying them with such basic items as groceries, clothing, medications, eyeglasses and transportation, thus allowing them to focus on learning." Karen Thies, DNP, RN, Health Services Supervisor

Thank you for supporting our students!
